I completely agree about dance classes!! I have been consistently going to at least one a week for the past year and also try to squeeze in dancing at home where I can. It's one of my favourite things ever, so grateful to have it as a regular practice in my life :)
I’ve also historically been a sedentary person—like, to the point where hating exercise was a (probably annoying) part of my personality—and have only within the last few years begun to actually appreciate certain forms of movement. I used to do biweekly private boxing lessons, but it became financially prohibitive so now I go to the gym a few times a week. I’m also learning to enjoy hiking, which virtually everyone in AZ likes but I’ve almost always hated! Yay for growth!
My story is super similar! It was literally part of my personality for so many years haha. Boxing sounds really cool, I hope you can do it again at some point.
I am ALSO learning to enjoy hiking because it's huuuge in the PNW. I guess I prefer "nature walks," which still give you all the benefits of being outside for a couple hours, but don't require you to go uphill :)

That's amazing, I feel the same way! Great job :')
I love a good stroll around the neighborhood, it really just clears the mind. And also gives your eyes a break🥳
Yesss absolutely!
